His legislative style encompassed skill, intellect, and, most importantly, pragmatism. Whether he was on the national stage or advocating for his constituents here in the Commonwealth, Barney served our nation in an exemplary way. My thoughts are with Barney’s husband Jim, the Frank family, and his extensive network of friends and supporters.
